Directions for Walk-In Visitors: The Mitchell County Soil and Water Conservation District is based out of Mitchell County's USDA Service Center. The USDA Service Center shares a building with the CUSB Bank, and is located on the eastern half of the building. After walking through the front lobby doors, enter through the doors to the left to come into the office. You will find yourself behind the USDA service counter, Farm Service Agency (FSA) staff will be on the left and Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS) and Mitchell Soil and Water Conservation District Staff (MSWCD) will be on the right.
